What are pick-up times for requested publications?

In general, requested publications before 16.00 hours will be put ready for you the same day to be picked up.
You receive an email when a requested publication is available for you.
Every hour mail is sent regarding the books that have been put ready on the shelves in the last hour.
A book that has been requested for another location takes longer to be put ready.
